We offer a 30-day return policy for all Drinkmate machines and accessories. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
